My registration code does not work?
In most cases, if your registration key doesn’t work it’s because you did not give your device Owner name correctly at time of purchase. See “Information on locating your correct device name” below. If you did provide a wrong Owner name you’ll have to contact us so we can generate and send you a new registration code. Please send us an email to support@pocket-bloxs.com and provide us with your name, purchase order information (i.e. number, date, etc) and the correct Owner name information.
Bloxs game runs too slow or too fast
To adjust the speed of the game go into the OPTIONS menu and adjust the speed as needed. Please remember that the game’s requirements ask for a CPU ARM, MIPS, SH3 or Intel XScale clock speed of 300MHz or more.
When I tap in one triangle another one is set, not the one I actually wanted
Usually this is caused because your PocketPC screen is not correctly aligned. From the Today Screen, tap on “Start”, select “Settings”, select the “System” page, select “Screen” and look for the “Align Screen” option. Once there follow the instructions to align the screen and be sure to tap firmly and accurately at each location indicated by the system. Also, while playing the game try to tap firmly and/or harder on the screen. Keep in mind that the size of all triangles in Bloxs is very small and some PDA may not report the screen position accurate enough for the game.
Information on locating your correct device name
We must have your EXACT device Owner Name in order to generate the correct registration key that will unlock your copy of Bloxs. In Owner Names, capitalization counts and spaces count. If you provide us with incorrect information the registration keys we will send you will not work. If you don't know your device's exact Owner Name you can find it on the PocketPC 'Main Menu' (Today Screen), near the top of the screen, under the date and to the right of the text 'Owner.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
+ If you do not have an Owner Name currently entered into your Pocket PCyou will need to create one before registering.
+ Your PocketPC Owner name must have at least four letters or more. Use your name and last name and don’t use numbers of special characters.
